A Message from Maricela Moore
Dear Dallas County Voters,
I ask for your support as I campaign for the 162nd Civil District Court. As the next Judge of this court, my goal will be to earn the same solid reputation as the current Judge, Judge Lorraine Raggio, who will retire at the end of this term.
Judge Raggio has presided over this court since first being elected in 2004, and she has distinguished herself for being prepared, unbiased and independent. After 10 years of civil legal practice and sustained involvement in my profession and community, I believe I have the required skills and character to preside over this court with distinction.
The Democratic Primary will be held May 29th, with Early Voting from May 14-25th. During Early Voting, you may vote at any Dallas County Early Voting Location. On Election Day, vote in your home precinct. For more information, visit Dallas County Elections. The General Election is November 6, 2012.
I need your support for this campaign to be successful. Please contact the campaign if you would like to get involved. I look forward to serving you.
Sincerely,
Maricela Moore
Democrat for 162nd Civil District Court

Moore's experience as a mediator and her vigor as a litigator, along with Board Certification in complex labor law, are particular pluses for a court whose docket veers heavily toward such cases." The Dallas Committee for a Qualified Judiciary also endorsed Maricela Moore as qualified for this judgeship. Without question, the integrity of the justice system will be paramount in my court.”
